Being in the industry of designing and creating spaces for more than a decade, PRAG OPUS LLP has had the opportunity of experimenting and mastering in designing various types of spaces.

PRAG OPUS LLP has a dynamic in-house and outsourced project basis team of experienced as well as recently graduated architects, interior designers, site supervisors, 3D visualizers who form our "Project Team". Together we work towards

Our Team

As a Interior Design Consultant, we design any given space as per clients requirement along with our additional tinge of expertise to help the client achieve their goal while using the space. In this module, we prepare complete design, working drawings, detail drawings, select materials, detailed specifications, BOQ and overviewing if the work is happening at the site as per our design. Any kind of deviation from our design is not tolerated. In this module we request our client to have a very strong, positive and knowledgeable site coordinator from their side to coordinate with us for all day today activities at the site. This coordinator need not be technically sound as far as interior and architectural work is concerned but should have control over the execution team. In this module, we give upper hand to the clients to use their contractors, suppliers and vendors. We refrain from giving any guarantee of completion time in this module and refrain ourselves from acting as PMC and advice our clients to hire separate PMC.

In the module of Design and Execution , we design any given space as per clients requirement along with our additional tinge of expertise to help the client achieve their goal while using the space. In this module, we prepare complete design, working drawings, detail drawings, select materials, detailed specifications, BOQ, estimate, procurement of materials and handle site execution.

At PRAG OPUS LLP this "Project Team" is lead by Ar. Ronjeta Prasad Gavandi. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from University of Mumbai (Mahatma Education Society's Pillai's College of Architecture, PiCA). She has also persued a course in Passive Solar Architecture from IIT Powai, Mumbai. She is a scholar and laureate of Chromology which she uses while designing spaces.

At PRAG OPUS LLP "Accounts and Back office team" is lead by Mr. Prasad Gavandi. He is an ocean of experience himself as far as handling and taking care of Human Recourses are concerned. In his leadership each and every requirement of our team, whether in house or outsourced, is taken into consideration so that we all grow and prosper together.

We at PRAG OPUS LLP, have various CSR activities to take care of our team. We also have seminars by different materials suppliers to keep our team updated and helps in the growth of PRAG OPUS LLP.
